Get every edge you can when traversing the lands of Motenia by utilizing the Crafting System. The Craft System will assist, strengthen, and help you survive the challenges that await every adventurer in War of the Immortals.
The War of the Immortals Craft system will become available to you once you reach level 50. You will need to locate Lillan in Atlantis, who will train you how to craft. You will have to choose 1 of the 3 branches of crafting with each branch containing a Gathering Skill that will allow you to gather materials at the Foraging Grounds. Each branch of the Craft System will have specialized items that are available to craft. The 3 branches of Crafting have very distinct characteristics that will help each adventurer in different ways. The following is a description of each branch:
Handicraft: Specialize in handicraft products that include Souldbeads, Soul Jade, Chalices, etc. These items can boost your physical or magic attack. They also can provide other attributes that can benefit you no matter what class you are. You will also be able to produce raw materials such as brass, fine iron, flawless quartz, etc. These materials are necessary for crafting essential items like armor and weapons.
Arms: Specialize in arms products like Stardusts. Stardusts can be used to reinforce equipment and increase certain stats. This will increase your offensive and defense prowess. Startdusts mainly have one purpose, and that's to make you more powerful. This branch also allows you to create items that can strengthen Vessels. Vessels are vehicles that you use to aid your clan when fighting in Territory Wars. This skill is a very valuable skill to have if you plan on taking part in these new features.
Alchemy: Specialize in creating food, potions, and luxury items. Luxury items are items you can craft and exchange for money. The amount of money you get will depend on the quality of the luxury item you craft. The alchemy craft skill will also allow you to craft different buffs and shields. These are extremely useful when fighting certain mobs in the game and will give you an edge against them.
Your Crafting Skill is measured by proficiency points and will level each time you reach the proficiency cap. New recipes and items will unlock when you level up your crafting skill.
Every time you craft an item it will increase your Craft Exhaustion bar. Once you hit the maximum amount allowed per day, you will not be able to craft anything and you will need to wait until it is reset. Every time you gather materials, your Gather Exhaustion bar will increase and when the maximum is reached, you will not be able to gather until it is reset the following day. Both the Craft Exhaustion bar and Gathering Exhaustion bar will reset once a day.
You will always have the option to change crafting specialties, but to do so you MUST forget the one that you currently have. Doing this will wipe and reset your current crafting progress so choose wisely!
